Cherish Your Mind
As therapists, we've noticed when clients have certain questions which they are not sure how to ask. Clients may wonder if their therapist is allowed to provide personal input, or they may just be shy to ask.
Therefore, we've curated a dynamic series of topics where such questions are addressed in the context of real case example on the psychological underpinnings of how these situations occur and are maintained, as well as how one could find viable solutions.
The unique aspect about this series of talks is that it's well-balanced between getting professional input and hearing from other participants, all whilst maintaining confidentiality. See below for further details:

Professional Input
The content taught to participants is grounded in psychological theories yet delivered simply, via the use of everyday contexts and real-client examples.

Group Dynamics
Participants may choose to ask questions, provide more context of their own experiences, or even comment on the content. Such engagements help us to not feel alone in our experiences.

Confidentiality
Participants will have their videos turned off, and may choose to communicate via the chat or voice, if they feel comfortable. By virtue of participating, all participants would have agreed to the Terms and Conditions (see side panel for more info)
